Premier Inn Cambridge (A14, J32) hotel

We’ve stayed here a couple of times and it’s perfect either for a nice walk or drive into the town. The staff are pleasant and accommodating. The restaurant is also one of the best I’ve been to for catering for my gluten-free needs as a Coeliac. Generally, I’m used to the restaurants either having no gluten- free cereal or bread for toast, but this Premier Inn had both. The staff were extremely helpful in providing me with the menu with a list of allergens and Ada ( who deserves a big shout-out) took my order and ensured everything was cooked fresh for me to avoid any cross-contamination. Ada also worked non-stop, clearing tables quickly, keeping the coffee machines well-stocked and tending to everyone’s needs with a friendly smile and manner. Nothing was too much trouble for her. It was really refreshing not feeling like a pain due to my dietary requirements. Ada provided a good mix of warmth and efficiency — the sort who remembers what you ordered, checks in to ensure you know your order hasn’t been forgotten and makes you feel confident about eating there- real skill worth appreciating.

Had an excellent experience at this Premier Inn. I was having a bit of a rough day, and the lady at reception was so lovely and kind. A real credit to the company. The bedroom and bathroom were a very good size, spotlessly clean and comfortable. With a choice of pillows, which is a nice touch. The bed was a great size, and the mattress was great quality, supportive but not too firm. I was speaking to another guest who was also very impressed. I didn't eat at the hotel, so I can't say personally what the food was like, but the other guest said that breakfast was excellent. It's also a lovely quiet location, very peaceful. And within walking distance of a Tesco Express. There is also 2 vending machines for snacks, in the reception area. It really was a great experience and I would stay again with pleasure.

Good stay at this hotel. Helpful pleasant staff. Veggie food available at breakfast (Quorn sausages). Upgraded to comfortable premier room. Only issue was a man covered in Nazi tattoos being able to check in. I would suggest that someone who has swastikas on their head, neck and hands should be denied accomodations for being sympathetic to vile beliefs and philosophy

The welcome on first arrival and the room were fautless. However, Thursday breakfast was particularly poor. We waited 5 minutes to be seated before, in frustration without being welcomed, entering the restaurant, where initially there were no cups for drinks. Subsequently throughout the meal, various food items ran out and were either not refilled or replaced far too late to eat.

I had such a wonderful stay at this Premier Inn. I’d been having a rough day on the road, but the moment I stepped inside, the lady at reception greeted me with such warmth and kindness that it completely lifted my mood. She’s truly a credit to the company. My room felt like a little haven — spacious, spotless, and incredibly comfortable. I loved the thoughtful touch of having a choice of pillows. The bed was enormous and the mattress hit that perfect balance: supportive yet soft enough to sink into after a long day.

Couldn't fault our stay. Easy check in/out. Plenty of free parking. 15 mins into Cambridge. Very comfy beds & good toiletries. Didn't try the breakfast but was a good price so probably will next time

From the moment I was treated with smiley happy faces at reception, to the amazing service in the restaurant and the spot on breakfast when I left. Everyone I came into contact with was a pleasure to meet. Great place to stay.

I checked in late on a Saturday evening. The hotel & restaurant was exceptionally busy. I ordered food from my table. Only a few minutes later I was informed there had been an incident and my order would be delayed. Kayleigh the girl who served me was outstanding. She kept me informed & performed outstanding customer service throughout my time in the restaurant. Well fone Kayleigh & well done Premier Inn 10/10
